SPJP Proceedings [ISSN: XXXX-XXXX] is a globally recognized series dedicated to publishing conference proceedings by SPJ PUBLICATION. This significant platform for showcasing research endeavours marks a milestone as an international publishing collaborator esteemed and relied upon by conference hosts worldwide. All proceedings published will be archived in the proceedings databases of Cross Ref. Whether you are orchestrating a specialized seminar or a large-scale conference, you can rely on us as a dependable and economical partner for publishing proceedings.

SCOPE

SPJP Proceedings encompasses full-length papers across various academic research domains presented at academic gatherings such as:

• Full-length, peer-reviewed conference papers from academic conferences organized by learned societies.

• Full-length workshop articles are presented at workshops hosted by academic or scientific institutions.

• Full-length papers contributed to seminars or symposiums held at universities or colleges.

• Full-length reviewed papers are presented at academic congresses organized by scientific societies or educational institutions.

• Full-length research contributions at professional meetings hosted by academic or research organizations.

VISIBILITY OF PROCEEDINGS ARTICLES

SPJP Proceedings ensures visibility through various platforms, including Google Scholar and CrossRef.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS CONTENT

The proceedings can include full-length articles from any national or international conference or workshop organized by academic or research institutions. Organizers of such events are encouraged to review the information for organizers and the proceedings publication process.

IDENTIFIERS FOR PROCEEDINGS

Proceedings will be assigned ISSN/ISBN and DOI. Each article within the proceedings will also receive a separate DOI and the title-level DOI.

PUBLICATION VENUE

The proceedings will be published separately as a separate volume (SPJP Proceedings). While proceedings will have ISSN/ISBN and DOI, they will not be integrated into any journal.

HARD COPIES OF PROCEEDINGS

Hard copies of proceedings are available on-demand, with an additional printing cost. Organizers can request an estimate while submitting their proceedings proposal.

PROCEEDINGS FEE

SPJ Publication publishes Open Access Proceedings as a separate volume with ISBN/ISSN, and DOI under the "SPJP Proceedings", making them freely accessible to readers. Our online proceedings publication aids in transforming conference publications into globally accessible knowledge. In addition to online proceedings, organizers may also opt for a printed version of the proceedings on demand, complete with a separate print ISBN. PUBLISHING CHARGES

Our fees for publishing conference proceedings are structured based on the timeframe between our agreement and the conference date.

• If the duration between our agreement and the event is 6 months or more: A fixed fee of $350 (USD) or ₹25000 (INR) will be charged Covering up to 30 articles, including 30 hard copies.

• For timeframes less than 6 months: A fixed fee of $400 or ₹25000 will be charged. Covers up to 25 articles, including 25 hard copy.

• For past conferences: The fee is $15 per article (or ₹1250 per article) with a minimum payment of $500 or ₹40000, Covering up to 30 articles, including 25 hard copies.

NOTE: Kindly be aware that a deposit of at least 50% of the total sum is required upon agreement. Any extra articles exceeding this initial limit will incur a fee of $10 per article (or ₹700 per article).

If you choose to select the print-only option without online publication or additional hard copies with an online version, the charges will be as per the following rates:

A. ₹350 per copy for up to 80 pages (B/W, Size: 5.8 x 8.3,) with ISBN Only

B. ₹500 per copy for up to 100 pages (B/W, Size: 5.8 x 8.3) with ISBN Only

C. ₹650 per copy for up to 150 pages (B/W, Size: 5.8 x 8.3) with ISBN Only
